W GROUP — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

W GROUP is operated by aone communication. For any data-related request, contact info@weathergpx.com.

2. No account, ever

W GROUP has no sign-up, no login and no account. We never ask for your email address, your phone number or your real name, and we have no way to identify you as a person.

Your device generates a random 8-byte identifier the first time you use the app and stores it locally. It is not derived from anything about you or your device, and it is not linked to any other identifier. Clearing the app's storage discards it permanently.

3. What we collect, and only while you are in a group

W GROUP collects data only while you have actively joined a group. Outside a group the app sends us nothing at all.

Location data — precise

Your latitude and longitude, updated roughly every 3 seconds
Your heading and speed, when your device reports them

Data you choose yourself

The display name you type — free text, up to 20 characters. It may be a nickname or a single letter; nothing requires it to be your real name
Your chosen colour and single-letter initial
Whether you have pressed the SOS button

Group data

A random 12-character group code and a random 8-character organiser token
The group's name, and the voice-room link the organiser chooses to add

We collect no contacts, no photos, no files, no device identifiers, no advertising ID and no usage analytics.

4. Who can see your position

Your position, name, colour and initial are visible to everyone holding that group's link, for as long as the group exists. That includes people following the group without sharing a position of their own.

Anyone with the link can join. Treat a group link as you would the location itself, and share it only with people you intend to see where you are. Positions are never shown to anyone outside the group, and are never sold, rented, published or used for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

A group and everything in it is deleted 24 hours after it is created. This is automatic and applies to every position, name and group record it contains.
Leaving a group deletes your position immediately.
The organiser can delete the whole group at any time, which erases every member's position at once.

We keep no history and no archive. A position that has been deleted cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else, and we cannot reconstruct where you have been.

6. Voice is a link to Discord, not a service we run

W GROUP contains no voice software. The organiser may paste a Discord invite link into the group; the Voice button then simply opens it. Once you follow that link you are using Discord, and what happens there is governed by Discord's privacy policy, not this one. We never see or store anything from that conversation.

Note that the voice link is shared with everyone in the group, including people who are only following it.

7. Third parties

Infomaniak (infomaniak.com) — our hosting provider. All data is stored on servers in Switzerland.
OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) — supplies the map background. Loading map tiles necessarily reveals to them which part of the map you are viewing.
unpkg (unpkg.com) — delivers the open-source MapLibre mapping library.
Discord — only if you choose to open a voice link, as described above.

There are no advertising networks, no analytics providers and no tracking services of any kind in this app.

8. Permissions the Android app requests

Location (precise, while in use) — the purpose of the app. Sharing your position with your group is not possible without it.
Foreground service (location) — keeps your position updating while the screen is off and the phone is in a pocket. Android shows a permanent notification the whole time this is running, so you can always tell.
Notifications — used only to display that notification.
Internet — positions are exchanged through our server.

We deliberately do not request background-location permission.

9. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data.

Because W GROUP holds no account, the controls are in the app itself: leave a group to delete your position immediately, or delete the group if you are its organiser. Everything is in any case erased automatically within 24 hours. For any other request, contact info@weathergpx.com.

10. Children

W GROUP is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no data from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top always shows the current version.

W GROUP n'a ni inscription, ni connexion, ni compte. Nous ne demandons jamais votre adresse e-mail, votre numéro de téléphone ni votre vrai nom, et nous n'avons aucun moyen de vous identifier en tant que personne.

Votre appareil génère un identifiant aléatoire de 8 octets à la première utilisation et le conserve localement. Il ne dérive de rien vous concernant ni concernant votre appareil, et n'est lié à aucun autre identifiant. Effacer les données de l'application le supprime définitivement.

3. Ce que nous collectons, et uniquement dans un groupe

W GROUP ne collecte des données que lorsque vous avez rejoint un groupe. En dehors d'un groupe, l'application ne nous envoie strictement rien.

Le nom affiché que vous saisissez — texte libre, 20 caractères au maximum. Ce peut être un pseudonyme ou une seule lettre ; rien n'impose votre vrai nom

Données du groupe

Un code de groupe aléatoire de 12 caractères et un jeton d'organisateur aléatoire de 8 caractères
Le nom du groupe et le lien de salon vocal que l'organisateur choisit d'ajouter

Nous ne collectons aucun contact, aucune photo, aucun fichier, aucun identifiant d'appareil, aucun identifiant publicitaire et aucune statistique d'usage.

4. Qui peut voir votre position

Votre position, votre nom, votre couleur et votre initiale sont visibles par toute personne disposant du lien du groupe, aussi longtemps que le groupe existe. Cela inclut les personnes qui suivent le groupe sans partager leur propre position.

Quiconque possède le lien peut rejoindre le groupe. Traitez ce lien comme la position elle-même et ne le partagez qu'avec les personnes que vous voulez voir vous suivre. Les positions ne sont jamais montrées en dehors du groupe, ni vendues, ni louées, ni publiées, ni utilisées à des fins publicitaires.

5. Durée de conservation

Un groupe et tout ce qu'il contient sont supprimés 24 heures après sa création. C'est automatique et cela vaut pour chaque position, chaque nom et chaque enregistrement de groupe.
Quitter un groupe supprime immédiatement votre position.
L'organisateur peut supprimer le groupe entier à tout moment, ce qui efface d'un coup la position de tous les membres.

Nous ne conservons aucun historique ni aucune archive. Une position supprimée ne peut être récupérée ni par nous ni par quiconque, et nous ne pouvons pas reconstituer vos déplacements.

6. La voix est un lien vers Discord, pas un service que nous exploitons

W GROUP ne contient aucun logiciel de voix. L'organisateur peut coller un lien d'invitation Discord dans le groupe ; le bouton Voix se contente de l'ouvrir. Dès que vous suivez ce lien, vous utilisez Discord, et ce qui s'y passe relève de la politique de confidentialité de Discord, pas de celle-ci. Nous ne voyons ni ne stockons rien de cette conversation.

Notez que le lien vocal est partagé avec tout le groupe, y compris les personnes qui se contentent de le suivre.

7. Tiers

Infomaniak (infomaniak.com) — notre hébergeur. Toutes les données sont stockées sur des serveurs en Suisse.
OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) — fournit le fond de carte. Charger les tuiles lui révèle nécessairement quelle partie de la carte vous consultez.
unpkg (unpkg.com) — diffuse la bibliothèque cartographique open source MapLibre.
Discord — uniquement si vous choisissez d'ouvrir un lien vocal.

Cette application ne contient aucune régie publicitaire, aucun outil de statistiques et aucun service de pistage.

8. Autorisations demandées par l'application Android

Localisation (précise, pendant l'utilisation) — c'est l'objet même de l'application. Partager votre position est impossible sans elle.
Service de premier plan (localisation) — maintient l'actualisation de votre position écran éteint, téléphone en poche. Android affiche une notification permanente pendant toute la durée, vous le voyez donc toujours.
Notifications — uniquement pour afficher cette notification.
Internet — les positions transitent par notre serveur.

Nous ne demandons délibérément pas l'autorisation de localisation en arrière-plan.

9. Vos droits

En vertu de la loi fédérale suisse sur la protection des données (nLPD) et du Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD), vous avez le droit d'accéder à vos données, de les corriger, de les exporter et de les supprimer.

W GROUP ne gérant aucun compte, les commandes sont dans l'application : quittez un groupe pour supprimer immédiatement votre position, ou supprimez le groupe si vous en êtes l'organisateur. 10. Enfants

W GROUP ne s'adresse pas aux enfants et nous ne collectons sciemment aucune donnée les concernant.

11. Modifications de cette politique

Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique occasionnellement. La date en haut indique toujours la version en vigueur.

W GROUP hat keine Registrierung, keine Anmeldung und kein Konto. Wir fragen niemals nach deiner E-Mail-Adresse, deiner Telefonnummer oder deinem echten Namen und können dich als Person nicht identifizieren.

Dein Gerät erzeugt bei der ersten Nutzung eine zufällige 8-Byte-Kennung und speichert sie lokal. Sie leitet sich weder von dir noch von deinem Gerät ab und ist mit keiner anderen Kennung verknüpft. Wer den App-Speicher löscht, verwirft sie endgültig.

3. Was wir erheben — und nur innerhalb einer Gruppe

W GROUP erhebt Daten nur, solange du einer Gruppe beigetreten bist. Ausserhalb einer Gruppe sendet die App überhaupt nichts an uns.

Standortdaten — genau

Breiten- und Längengrad, etwa alle 3 Sekunden aktualisiert
Richtung und Geschwindigkeit, sofern dein Gerät sie liefert

Wir erheben keine Kontakte, keine Fotos, keine Dateien, keine Gerätekennungen, keine Werbe-ID und keine Nutzungsstatistik.

4. Wer deine Position sieht

Deine Position, dein Name, deine Farbe und dein Buchstabe sind für alle sichtbar, die den Link der Gruppe haben, solange die Gruppe besteht. Dazu gehören auch Personen, die der Gruppe folgen, ohne selbst eine Position zu teilen.

Jeder mit dem Link kann beitreten. Behandle einen Gruppenlink wie den Standort selbst und teile ihn nur mit Menschen, die sehen dürfen, wo du bist. Positionen werden niemals ausserhalb der Gruppe gezeigt und weder verkauft noch vermietet, veröffentlicht oder für Werbung genutzt.

5. Wie lange wir sie aufbewahren

Eine Gruppe und ihr gesamter Inhalt werden 24 Stunden nach ihrer Erstellung gelöscht. Das geschieht automatisch und betrifft jede Position, jeden Namen und jeden Gruppeneintrag.
Das Verlassen einer Gruppe löscht deine Position sofort.
Der Organisator kann die ganze Gruppe jederzeit löschen und damit die Positionen aller Mitglieder auf einmal.

Wir führen keine Historie und kein Archiv. Eine gelöschte Position kann weder von uns noch von sonst jemandem wiederhergestellt werden; wir können deine Wege nicht rekonstruieren.

6. Sprache ist ein Link zu Discord, kein Dienst von uns

W GROUP enthält keine Sprachsoftware. Der Organisator kann einen Discord-Einladungslink in die Gruppe einfügen; der Sprach-Knopf öffnet ihn lediglich. Sobald du diesem Link folgst, nutzt du Discord, und was dort geschieht, richtet sich nach Discords Datenschutzrichtlinie, nicht nach dieser. Wir sehen und speichern nichts aus diesem Gespräch.

Beachte: Der Sprach-Link wird mit der ganzen Gruppe geteilt, auch mit reinen Beobachtern.

7. Dritte

Infomaniak (infomaniak.com) — unser Hoster. Alle Daten liegen auf Servern in der Schweiz.
OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) — liefert den Kartenhintergrund. Das Laden von Kacheln verrät dort zwangsläufig, welchen Kartenausschnitt du betrachtest.
unpkg (unpkg.com) — liefert die Open-Source-Kartenbibliothek MapLibre.
Discord — nur wenn du einen Sprach-Link öffnest.

Diese App enthält keinerlei Werbenetzwerke, Analysedienste oder Tracking.

8. Berechtigungen der Android-App

Standort (genau, während der Nutzung) — der Zweck der App. Ohne ihn lässt sich keine Position teilen.
Vordergrunddienst (Standort) — hält deine Position bei ausgeschaltetem Bildschirm und Telefon in der Tasche aktuell. Android zeigt währenddessen dauerhaft eine Benachrichtigung, du erkennst es also immer.
Benachrichtigungen — ausschliesslich für diese Benachrichtigung.
Internet — Positionen laufen über unseren Server.

Die Berechtigung für Hintergrund-Standort fordern wir bewusst nicht an.

9. Deine Rechte

Nach dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (revDSG) und der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Übertragbarkeit und Löschung deiner personenbezogenen Daten.

Da W GROUP kein Konto führt, liegen die Schalter in der App selbst: verlasse eine Gruppe, um deine Position sofort zu löschen, oder lösche die Gruppe, wenn du der Organisator bist. Ohnehin wird alles binnen 24 Stunden automatisch gelöscht. Für alles Weitere: info@weathergpx.com.

10. Kinder

W GROUP richtet sich nicht an Kinder, und wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.

11. Änderungen dieser Richtlinie

Wir aktualisieren diese Richtlinie gelegentlich. Das Datum oben nennt stets die geltende Fassung.

Il tuo dispositivo genera un identificatore casuale di 8 byte al primo utilizzo e lo conserva localmente. Non deriva da nulla che ti riguardi né dal dispositivo, e non è collegato ad altri identificatori. Cancellare i dati dell'app lo elimina definitivamente.

3. Cosa raccogliamo, e solo dentro un gruppo

W GROUP raccoglie dati solo mentre sei effettivamente in un gruppo. Fuori da un gruppo l'app non ci invia assolutamente nulla.

Non raccogliamo contatti, foto, file, identificatori del dispositivo, ID pubblicitari né statistiche d'uso.

4. Chi può vedere la tua posizione

La tua posizione, il nome, il colore e l'iniziale sono visibili a chiunque possieda il link del gruppo, per tutta la durata del gruppo. Comprese le persone che seguono il gruppo senza condividere una propria posizione.

Chiunque abbia il link può entrare. Tratta il link come la posizione stessa e condividilo solo con chi vuoi che sappia dove sei. Le posizioni non sono mai mostrate fuori dal gruppo, né vendute, noleggiate, pubblicate o usate per pubblicità.

5. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

Un gruppo e tutto ciò che contiene vengono eliminati 24 ore dopo la creazione. È automatico e riguarda ogni posizione, ogni nome e ogni record del gruppo.
Uscire da un gruppo elimina immediatamente la tua posizione.
L'organizzatore può eliminare l'intero gruppo in qualsiasi momento, cancellando in un colpo solo la posizione di tutti.

Non conserviamo cronologie né archivi. Una posizione eliminata non è recuperabile da noi né da altri, e non possiamo ricostruire i tuoi spostamenti.

6. La voce è un link a Discord, non un servizio nostro

W GROUP non contiene alcun software vocale. L'organizzatore può incollare un link d'invito Discord nel gruppo; il pulsante Voce si limita ad aprirlo. Seguendo quel link stai usando Discord, e quanto accade lì è regolato dall'informativa privacy di Discord, non da questa. Non vediamo né conserviamo nulla di quella conversazione.

Nota che il link vocale è condiviso con tutto il gruppo, incluse le persone che si limitano a seguirlo.

Infomaniak (infomaniak.com) — il nostro hosting. Tutti i dati sono su server in Svizzera.

Servizio in primo piano (posizione) — mantiene aggiornata la posizione a schermo spento, con il telefono in tasca. Android mostra una notifica permanente per tutto il tempo, quindi te ne accorgi sempre.
Notifiche — solo per mostrare quella notifica.
Internet — le posizioni passano dal nostro server.

Non richiediamo deliberatamente l'autorizzazione alla posizione in background.

9. I tuoi diritti

Ai sensi della legge federale svizzera sulla protezione dei dati (nLPD) e del GDPR hai diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, esportarli ed eliminarli.

Poiché W GROUP non gestisce account, i comandi sono nell'app stessa: esci da un gruppo per eliminare subito la tua posizione, oppure elimina il gruppo se ne sei l'organizzatore. In ogni caso tutto viene cancellato automaticamente entro 24 ore. Per altre richieste: info@weathergpx.com.

10. Minori

W GROUP non è rivolto ai bambini e non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati che li riguardino.

2. Sin cuenta, nunca

W GROUP no tiene registro, ni inicio de sesión, ni cuenta. Nunca pedimos tu correo electrónico, tu número de teléfono ni tu nombre real, y no tenemos forma de identificarte como persona.

Tu dispositivo genera un identificador aleatorio de 8 bytes la primera vez que usas la app y lo guarda localmente. No deriva de nada tuyo ni de tu dispositivo, y no está vinculado a ningún otro identificador. Borrar los datos de la app lo elimina definitivamente.

3. Qué recogemos, y solo dentro de un grupo

W GROUP recoge datos únicamente mientras estás en un grupo. Fuera de un grupo la app no nos envía absolutamente nada.

No recogemos contactos, fotos, archivos, identificadores del dispositivo, ID de publicidad ni estadísticas de uso.

4. Quién puede ver tu posición

Tu posición, nombre, color e inicial son visibles para cualquiera que tenga el enlace del grupo, mientras el grupo exista. Eso incluye a quienes siguen el grupo sin compartir su propia posición.

Cualquiera con el enlace puede unirse. Trata el enlace como la ubicación misma y compártelo solo con quienes quieras que sepan dónde estás. Las posiciones nunca se muestran fuera del grupo, ni se venden, alquilan, publican o usan con fines publicitarios.

5. Cuánto tiempo los conservamos

Un grupo y todo su contenido se eliminan 24 horas después de crearse. Es automático y afecta a cada posición, cada nombre y cada registro del grupo.
Salir de un grupo elimina tu posición de inmediato.
El organizador puede eliminar el grupo entero en cualquier momento, borrando de una vez la posición de todos los miembros.

No guardamos historial ni archivo. Una posición eliminada no puede recuperarla ni nosotros ni nadie, y no podemos reconstruir por dónde has pasado.

6. La voz es un enlace a Discord, no un servicio nuestro

W GROUP no contiene software de voz. El organizador puede pegar un enlace de invitación de Discord en el grupo; el botón Voz simplemente lo abre. Al seguir ese enlace estás usando Discord, y lo que ocurra allí se rige por la política de privacidad de Discord, no por esta. No vemos ni almacenamos nada de esa conversación.

Ten en cuenta que el enlace de voz se comparte con todo el grupo, incluidas las personas que solo lo siguen.

7. Terceros

Infomaniak (infomaniak.com) — nuestro proveedor de alojamiento. Todos los datos se almacenan en servidores en Suiza.
OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) — proporciona el fondo del mapa. Cargar las teselas les revela necesariamente qué parte del mapa estás viendo.
unpkg (unpkg.com) — sirve la biblioteca de mapas de código abierto MapLibre.
Discord — solo si decides abrir un enlace de voz.

Esta app no contiene redes publicitarias, servicios de analítica ni herramientas de seguimiento.

8. Permisos que pide la app de Android

Ubicación (precisa, en uso) — es el propósito de la app. Sin ella no se puede compartir tu posición.
Servicio en primer plano (ubicación) — mantiene tu posición actualizada con la pantalla apagada y el móvil en el bolsillo. Android muestra una notificación permanente mientras funciona, así que siempre lo sabes.
Notificaciones — solo para mostrar esa notificación.
Internet — las posiciones pasan por nuestro servidor.

Deliberadamente no solicitamos permiso de ubicación en segundo plano.

9. Tus derechos

Conforme a la Ley Federal Suiza de Protección de Datos (nLPD) y al RGPD, tienes derecho a acceder a tus datos personales, corregirlos, exportarlos y eliminarlos.

Como W GROUP no gestiona cuentas, los controles están en la propia app: sal de un grupo para eliminar tu posición al instante, o elimina el grupo si eres su organizador. En cualquier caso todo se borra automáticamente en 24 horas. Para cualquier otra solicitud: info@weathergpx.com.

10. Menores

W GROUP no está dirigido a menores y no recogemos conscientemente datos sobre ellos.

11. Cambios en esta política

Podemos actualizar esta política ocasionalmente. La fecha superior indica siempre la versión vigente.
